With crowd-pleasing charisma and a genuine love for his art and by those who encounter it, Daley Padley is no novice when it comes to working in the studio. Having hugely significant tracks such as his remix of CC Music Factory’ “Pride a Deeper Love”, “Shake My Soul” which lead to residencies at super clubs like Glasshoue, Pink Elephant Nyc and After Hours Nyc. His talents have not gone unnoticed either, he has been given the greatest of compliments and been heavily championed by legendary DJs/Producers such as Roger Sanchez, who named him ‘One to watch in 2007’ as well as Axwell, Ingrosso, Angello, Eric Morillo and even P Diddy.
Daley Padley’ passion for music compelled him to start DJing at an early age. He devised a strategy to get his skills as a producer and DJ heard by starting his own promotion (KGV) in his home town of Barnsley. The night become an instant success and continued for 4 years. It gave the home clubbers of Barnsley the very best DJ talent the music industry had to offer during that time. With this came huge recognition from some of the Norths biggest promoters and clubs and it wasn’t long before Daley was tasting some of the best clubs from International climates including Amnesia Ibiza.
In 2004, Daley was introduced to NYC Superstar DJ and Subliminal Artist ‘DJ Exacta’. Their friendship blossomed and lead to Daley Padley’s 1st remix of Exacta’ “Shake My Soul” Which was instantly signed to Sublimimal for full release. “Shake My Soul” was a huge success for Padley, he was consequently approached and asked to hold a monthly residency at the worlds most prestigious and magnificent venues, Such as Pink Elephant Nyc.
The Duo took no time and started working closely in the recording studio. Their next production, a fresh remix of CC Music Factories “Pride a Deeper Love” became a global success and firmly stamped their authority on the Dance music Industry as reputable producers and “ones to watch”. The track instigated a furious bidding war, and was play listed for 11 weeks on Roger Sanchez’ “Release Yourself” radio show, broadcast in fifteen countries.
In 2005 “Pride a Deeper Love” featured this time on Roger Sanchez' Radio 1 'Essential mix' and reached number 5 in the world DMC chart! After the tracks instant success both 'Padley' and 'Pride' were signed to 'Compulsive Music'. Daley’ next track “Steam” was instantly snapped up to Compulsive in May 2005 and went on to received incredible support from Deepdish, Chus and Ceballos at the 2006 Miami Winter Music Conference.
In addition to Padley’ illustrious production career and busy timetable in the studio, he can also boast a diary that can compete with most of the industries crème de la crème DJs. Holding down residencies and invited to play at some of the worlds best and reputable venues and promotions including Amnesia Terrace, Pacha NY, Kanya Ibiza, Glass House @ Mission in Leeds, Egypt, Ceam (Jordan), China and Boracai Island in the Philippines.
At the tale end of 2006 Daleys remix of Exacta’ “You Keep Calling Me” was once again picked up by the big hands of Sanchez who was smashing it world wide, including at his own night “Release Yourself” at Pacha Ibiza. To add further recognition to Daleys production, Sanchez asked Daley If he could have a copy of his latest new remix“You Keep Calling Me” which was Sanchez’ essential new tune on his show.
The last 6 months have been no let up either for Daley. This year has already seen his tracks signed to Pacha (Undeground), Noir Music (Electro is dead) with big things expected of all three they will feature on the “Bargrooves” and Pacha “Summer compilation” CDs. In addition, Daley has received huge radio support with his production and has had 4 of his tracks played on Radio 1 (“You Keep Calling Me”, “Tropikal”, “You Can’t Change Me” and “Terrace Attack”). He has also gained recognition from Radio 1’ new comers, the Trophy Twins. Who featured him on their “Producer Profile” section in April 2007.
Daley Padley has come through the mass of up and coming DJ’s to become a fully fledged reputable and recognised name within the dance music fraternity that clubbers will road block a night to see him. With the year still heating up there are many more strings being added to his bow. Such as starting up his own label “Stuggle Digital”, A&R Manager for GHR Records (Leeds), signing his latest production “Electro is Dead” to Danish Label NOIR, summer residencies at Amnesia and Glasshouse in Ibiza and a forthcoming remix of Bodyrox’ newest single “What Planet Your On”.
